Effective September 15, 2014, the four part login you currently use will be reduced to a three part login. The Company Password field will be eliminated. Users will continue to enter their current Company ID, User ID, and User Password.
Also effective September 15, 2014, in order to improve the security of your Business Online Banking, we have added a layer known as Enhanced Multifactor Authentication (EMFA). This enhancement will offer the highest level of security possible by implementing an identity verification process using a One Time Passcode (OTP). This OTP can be sent to you via voice call or email.
After this upgrade, you will be prompted to enter a OTP only if one or more of the following situations has occurred:
- You log in from a new browser;
- You log in from a computer not previously used to access Business Online Banking;
- You change to a new Internet Service Provider;
- Your browser cookies have been reset;
- Your internet Protocol (IP) address has changed;
- You reset an existing user.
If you login following one of the above occurrences,you will be presented with the Temporary Access Challenge screen. You can choose to receive your OTP via voice call or email by default.If you do not see a phone number listed for a voice call, please contact PriorityOne Bank Electronic Banking Department (866) 639-9820 to have your phone number added.
In addition, to the enhanced security changes, we now offer ACH Origination (payroll and auto debits) and Wire Transfers through Business Online Banking. Contact your local branch for more details.
